WES’s International Credential Advantage Package (ICAP) delivers evaluation reports and verified transcripts in one package. With WES ICAP service, you may consider accepting the verified transcripts from WES and not require your licensure candidates or students to arrange for their transcripts to be sent from the issuing institutions or proper authorities. All WES evaluation reports are based either on transcripts received directly from the institutions that issue them, or documents have been submitted by WES to the issuing institutions for verification. WES is widely used by occupational regulatory bodies, academic institutions and employers. WES is recognized by the Government of Ontario and is a designated provider of educational credential assessments (ECA) for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
